It's that time of year...

Hello Dear Ones,

The intent of the holidays is to gather with loved ones and share good tidings.  However, the expectations are high, stressors have mounted and things can get tumultuous.  You are not alone.  Everyone has too much on their plates,  everyone is recovering from the trauma of the pandemic and everyone has daily obstacles and a lifetime of baggage. There's no sugar coating it.  But there is hope.  There is ALWAYS hope.  Change is possible.  There is a new day, a new hour, a new moment in which to shift.  It's not in the blink of an eye, but it is possible with intention, help and work.  My area of specialty is recovery so I am listing the most common 12 step sites to access if you need a quick and accessible resource.  Additionally, there is a national number now: 988 to get help if you or someone you know has the risks of harm.
